1. Eligibility & Promotional Offers

Our promotional offers are available exclusively to new U.S.-based customers who open a merchant account with POS Partners. Certain promotions may require proof of existing payment processing and minimum processing volumes. Approval for merchant processing must be completed before any equipment is shipped.

Each customer is eligible for one POS system at the advertised promotional price. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Shipping & Return Policy.

2. Shipping & Returns

Due to manufacturer restrictions, Clover POS systems cannot be returned or refunded once they have been programmed and shipped.

Returns for other products may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees. Please refer to our full Return Policy for detailed information.
